So, finally here is the pussy cat. I have been working on this pattern, on and off, since the new year. Delays due to family commitments have meant I've had to put it on the back burner several times over the past months.
I hope you agree that it's worth the wait. A beautiful detailed pattern purrfect for cat lovers!
Unicorns are such magical creatures and I'm so happy to create this special pattern. It's been a lobour of love but love the result. Loads of printables included as always. Hope you like too.
This greedy squirrel has found a big acorn to hide away for a winter feast. The pattern comes with some lovely artwork to create your own cards and gift tags or to decorate your finished book fold.
A lady emailed me the other day asking me how I set my books as, she said, they always sit perfectly in my photos. I replied, giving her the details of my simple method. She soon came back to me, thanking me for the help, as it had worked a treat. It's the sort of question that I often find in my inbox and the type of tips that I'd like to share with you today.
With the alphabet pattern under my belt I've been having a play around with the Mum in Heart pattern and created a couple of effects that I thought I'd share with you.
Firstly, I added some quilling to infill the heart around 'Mum'. It's my first attempt at quilling so I'm sure many of you would do a much better job than me :)
The second effect I created by inserting strips of car...
I've been beavering away on a cut and fold alphabet pattern which has taken somewhat longer than I expected. I had promised that it would be available by the end of February. So apologies for the delay but it is on my Etsy shop now.
As well as all letters, uppercase and lowercase, the pattern includes numbers 0 to 9 and some punctuation characters and both small and large hearts.
It was one of my friends birthday this week so I thought I'd use some scrap pages from a book to cover it. I added a ribbon and made an origami flower to jazz it up a bit. A bit off topic but thought I'd share.
Hope she likes it as I haven't seen her to give it to her yet!
